Germany continues to be a very important trading partner to the U.S. The value of goods sold to U.S. markets through subsidiaries far exceeds the value of export goods. Many German companies have come to recognize the importance establishing a local presence with a stronger marketing, distribution and logistics infrastructure.
German Clients
The Q Works Group recognizes the need for professional talent who can effectively interact in a multinational organization. We work closely with our base of client companies, most of them headquartered in Germany. While it often makes sense to send experienced managers from Germany to support a U.S. subsidiary, it is also critical to fill a number of positions with Americans who have a much better understanding of local practices and ways of doing business. There are enormous differences between the American and German business cultures. Many companies do not recognize these differences and fail to hire managers who are experienced and effective operating in an international organization.

As the need for expanding international operations increases, many of our U.S. based clients are looking to hire individuals who have the talent, qualifications and desire to work abroad.
